This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed when you download and use the Juici Patties USA Mobile App (the “App”), and the choices and rights you have to protect your personal information collected via the App.
Juici Patties USA (“Merchant”) is responsible for the personal information collected when you use the App. The App uses technology provided by Toast, Inc. (“Toast”). To learn more about Toast’s privacy practices, please visit Toast’s Privacy Statement.
Personal Information Collected Via the App
- Contact information. You may submit your name, email, phone number, and address to the App.
- Orders and order history. The App collects and retains the orders you place via the App, including the items you order, date and time of the order, order amounts, delivery locations, tips, order frequency, favorite restaurant locations or menu items, and any preferences or selections you submit with your order.
- Payment information. You may input your payment card information, including your card number, security code, and expiration date, or provide other payment information (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay).
- Precise location. If you choose to enable it, the App will collect your precise location information to provide you with certain location-enabled features, such as to display and alert you to restaurants nearby and provide live map views. You can disable precise location at any time through your device settings.
- Rewards program and gift cards. If you participate in Merchant’s rewards program or any other reward program supported by Merchant or the App, the App collects information about your rewards program status, including your points balance and redemptions. The App also collects information about any gift cards you receive or send, including the value of the card and balances.
- Device and usage information. The App automatically logs information about you, your mobile device, and your interaction over time with the App. This includes: device information (device type, browser type, IP address, device identifiers, language settings, carrier, and general location information) and usage information (screens viewed, time spent, browsing history, clicks, scrolls, and interactions). The App also sends crash reports in the event of an error.
How Your Personal Information is Used
- To provide the App and features you use. Authenticating your access, administering your account, processing transactions, remembering preferences, providing loyalty program benefits, and location-enabled services.
- To personalize your experience. Recommendations and notifications based on past orders and preferences (you can control notifications in device/App settings).
- Troubleshooting and App improvement. Analyzing performance, identifying errors, and developing improvements. Information may be aggregated or anonymized for analytics and planning.
- Other purposes. Analyzing user preferences, sending marketing communications, advertising to you on third-party platforms, and ensuring compliance and protection.
How Your Information Is Shared
- With Toast. Information you provide is hosted and stored by Toast on Merchant’s behalf.
- Service providers. For hosting, communications, data security, payment processing, fraud prevention, and customer support.
- Merchant partners. Delivery services, loyalty programs, and advertising partners (via pixels or similar technologies).
- Authorities and others. Where required by law or to protect rights, security, or integrity of the App.
Your Privacy Choices
- Access and update account information. Available via your account in the App.
- Delete your account. Instructions available in App settings.
- Additional rights. Disable third-party advertising pixels in App privacy settings. Further rights may be available depending on applicable laws.
- Do Not Track. The App does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Learn more at allaboutdnt.com.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be modified at any time. You will be notified of material changes as required by applicable law.

Requests may be limited (e.g., access can only be requested twice in 12 months).

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Data
CCPA allows limiting sensitive data use beyond permitted purposes. Generally, such data is only used to provide/personalize the App.

Personal information is retained as long as necessary to provide access to the App, then deleted/destroyed when no longer required under applicable laws.
US State Law Addendum
This addendum applies to residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Montana, Oregon, and Utah under applicable privacy laws.

- Access, correction, deletion. Right to access/update/delete data (subject to law).
Requests can be made via the “Contact Us” section. Identity verification may be required. Appeals and complaints may also be submitted there.
Sensitive Personal Information
- Precise location — used for location-enabled features. Consent can be withdrawn anytime in device settings.
- Dietary and dining preferences — may reveal sensitive data. Providing it implies consent, which can be withdrawn by deleting info in the App.
Withdrawing consent will not affect data used before withdrawal.
Retention
Personal information is retained as long as necessary to provide access to the App, then deleted/destroyed when no longer required under applicable laws.
Juici Patties (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) owns, licenses, or operates certain websites (collectively, the “Sites”) that may, from time to time, display live or prerecorded videos or similar audio-visual materials (“Videos”). By requesting access to, or otherwise accessing, any such Video(s), you hereby acknowledge, agree, and consent to the following:
Collection. We shall, through the use of cookies and similar online tracking technologies, collect personal information with respect to you requesting access to, or accessing, Videos, and such personal information may include (i) identifiers that can be used to recognize you or the device you use to access our Site, over time and across different services, such as a device identifier, an IP address, mobile ad identifiers, and similar data, (ii) the Video(s) you accessed or to which you requested access, and the nature, scope, and duration of such access, and (iii) identifiers associated with your social media account, or similar online accounts.
Disclosure. We may, in our sole discretion, disclose personal information that we collect from you with respect to you requesting access to, or accessing, Videos to our partners, affiliates, and service providers, such as social media partners, to assist with the operability and functionality of our Site, to help us assess and improve our Site, products, and services, and to facilitate or assist with our marketing and advertising campaigns.
Withdrawal of Consent. You acknowledge and agree that you may prevent us from collecting and disclosing personal information from you with respect to you requesting access to, or accessing, Videos by changing your browser. Exercising this option may prevent the deployment of cookies and similar online tracking technologies that are used to collect, process, and disclose your personal information in connection with the Videos you are requesting access to or otherwise accessing.
