How Juici Patties Began
Our story started in Jamaica. Founder Jukie Chin created our signature recipes in his mother’s kitchen and sold his first patties in his parents’ grocery store. Through a continuous focus on quality and care for every guest, Juici Patties grew to become the largest patty restaurant in Jamaica, with 67+ locations across the island.
Today, Jukie's son, Daniel Chin, leads our U.S. expansion team as we bring that same heritage and authentic Jamaican flavor to patty lovers across America.
